Sunday Box Lunch by Smokin Bowls

Pre-order your lunch at the festival on Friday or Saturday (up until cut-off at 3 pm Saturday) at our tent, or you can email Smokin Bowls at vtbotanicalbeverages@gmail.com. (Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be happy to accommodate you.)
We use as many local and seasonal ingredients as we can, including local farms and Vermont companies such as Ephraim Mountain Farm, Fischer Farm, Harlow's, VT Soy Company, Cabot Creamery, North Country Smokehouse, and King Arthur Flour to name a few!

Box Lunches: Choice of 1 each side, sandwich, and dessert
  • Vegetarian/vegan Choice $13.50
  • Meat Choice $15.00

Sides
  • Garden Salad made with local greens, grated carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers with lemon vinaigrette (gluten-free, vegan)
  • Roasted Potato Salad tossed with fresh dill, garlic and mayo (gluten-free)

Sandwiches
  • Meatloaf with provolone cheese, lettuce, and red onion on an onion roll (mayo and ketchup on the side)
  • Turkey with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, and homemade ranch on whole grain bread
  • Green Goddess (think herbs!) Hummus Wrap with grated carrots, pickled onions, lettuce, and cucumbers (vegan)
  • Peanut Tofu Wrap – peanut ginger sauce, tofu, red bell peppers, bean sprouts, and lettuce (vegan)

Desserts
  • Chocolate chip cookie
  • Gluten-free chocolate chip cookie
  • Apple

Drinks and (a limited number of) delicious snacks will also be available for purchase at the venue. 

Please remember, no food or drink is allowed inside the Meeting House, but we'll have a place to stash your stuff outside, so label your water bottle/coffee mug & it will be safe during the sets.
